% 07.12.2016 CRL.M.A.19118/2016 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking condonation of delay in filing restoration of the present petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing restoration of the present petition is condoned and the application is disposed of.

CRL.M.A.19117/2016 This is an application for restoration of CRL.REV.P. 419/2015 which was dismissed on 1st August, 2016 for non prosecution. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not appear on 1st August, 2016 and prays that the present petition be restored to its original number. Counsel for the respondent has submitted that he has no objection if the application is allowed and the present petition is restored to its original

number.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the present application is allowed. The petition is restored in its original number. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre on 14th September, 2015 and prays that the present petition be disposed of as the entire payment has already been made by the respondent in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 14th September, 2015.

Counsel for the respondent admits the settlement/agreement dated 14th September, 2015. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of in terms of settlement/agreement dated 14th September, 2015.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
