% 20.02.2024 Order sheets reflect that there has been no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner since 12.04.2022. Even yesterday none had appeared in the matter and the same was kept for today.

Again, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. Additionally, Ms. Shubhi Gupta, learned APP on instructions from the IO, states that ever since registration of the FIR, Petitioner has been untraceable despite all efforts by the Police Authorities and therefore, the matter is still at the investigation stage.

In view of these facts, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
