O R D E R

% 02.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.116/2015 under Section 354A IPC was registered at police station Lodi Colony. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Prakash Chand PS Lodhi Colony. She submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any pressure, undue force and coercion. She further submits that FIR may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.116/2015 under Section 354A IPC registered at

police station Lodi Colony and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed, however subject to petitioner depositing `20,000/- as cost with the Prime Minister Relief Fund within four weeks and receipt be produced before the Investigating Officer.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
