1. The Court is informed that the Respondent has, since the filing of these petitions, appointed an Arbitrator in place of the earlier Arbitrator who expressed his inability to continue. In that view of the matter, the prayers in these petitions do not survive.

years, the learned Arbitrator will consider the request of the Petitioner for expeditious disposal of the matters.
