The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.171/2016 registered under Sections 419/467/468/471 IPC at PS Bhajanpura. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2016. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
