O R D E R

% 01.08.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 351/2015 under Sections 323/427/452/506/34 IPC registered at PS Kalyan Puri, Delhi.

In the FIR the allegations are that the petitioner along with co-accused Ram Dulare son of Ram Swaroop on the strength of forged and fabricated documents was trying to take forcible possession of the shop and when the family members raised objections threats were extended. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.189/2015 under Sections 420/448/466/467/468/506/34 IPC has been registered by Nirmala Devi mother -in-law of the petitioner's sister against the complainant and his family members.

Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that the petitioner BAIL APPLN. 1317/2015

has already joined the investigation and the danda allegedly used has already been recovered.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.

Petition is disposed of.
