% 01.12.2015 It is submitted that the parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 18th November, 2015. I have perused the Settlement Agreement dated 18th November, 2015, which has been signed by the parties, their counsels as well as learned Mediator. I do not find the terms of settlement to be in conflict with any law. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. Suit is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, which is marked as 'Mark C-1'.

Since the parties have settled their disputes through the mediation process, court fee be refunded to plaintiff and a necessary certificate be issued in this regard by the Registry.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
