% 22.02.2017 Crl.M.A.No.3052/2017 in CRL.M.C. 2662/2015 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present petition. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition, as the matter has already been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre with liberty to revive the present petition in case the settlement does not come through. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present petition and Crl.M.A.No.12448/2015 are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The date already fixed in the matter as 7th March, 2017 stands cancelled. The present application stands disposed of.
