This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 01.08.2017, whereby the petition was dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner now seeks that liberty be granted to the petitioner to file afresh. 4.

It is pointed out, by the learned counsel for the respondents that the arguments have been heard at a considerable length. At that stage, the petitioner had withdrawn the petition.
