The decree holder has filed this execution against the judgment debtor for execution of judgment dated 6th September, 2016 in CS(OS) No.3214/2015 [CS(Comm) No.591/2016].

During the proceedings the matter was settled between the parties and the decree holder was to receive Rs.5,20,000/- from the judgment debtor in full and final settlement of account. A sum of Rs.2.5 lakh has already been received. Rs.2.5 lakh is lying deposited in the name of Registrar General, Delhi High Court filed by way of a demand draft No.111718 dated 30.07.2018 in compliance of order dated 23.07.2018. Rs.20,000/- pertains to cost in which the plaintiff is not interested.

Let Rs.2.50 lakh so deposited with the Registrar General, with interest, if any, be released to the decree holder on an application. The party shall be bound by the terms and conditions set out in paras 1 to 3 of the settlement agreement dated 29.08.2018 and the compliance whereof would satisfy the execution petition.
