% 06.12.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the difficulty expressed by the petitioners, the organizers have decided to start the events at 11.00 AM instead of 6.00 AM so that the participants can reach the venue on time.

Learned counsel further submits that all the participants who are registered for the championship which is commencing from tomorrow shall be informed telephonically that the events shall commence from 11.00 AM. The statement is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain other issues which still remain with regard to the holding of events outside the territory of Delhi and compliances with certain rules. She seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a W.P.(C) 11410/2016

fresh comprehensive petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty of the petitioners as prayed for. The respondents are bound by the statement given to this Court and shall modify the timing of the events as indicated herein above.
