Petitioner, who appears in person, says that his specific grievance has been addressed as he has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. However, petitioner says that his enrolment has been delayed due to inaction of the respondents and that of Meerut College, Meerut from where he completed his LL.B.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to an appropriate action for injury, if any, caused to him.
