% 24.04.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that by order dated 17th February, 2017 passed by National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (in CP12/I& BP) NCT/MH/17) insolvency proceedings in relation to the petitioner have been admitted and further proceedings regarding recovery and enforcement have been stayed.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending aplications are also disposed of.
