% 08.02.2017 The status report tendered in court is taken on record. Respondent no.3, the father of petitioner no.2 is present in court. He is identified by the I.O. Respondent no.3 states that he has no grievance with the marriage contracted by his daughter with petitioner no.1 and he accepts the same. He assures the court that he shall not cause any harm or issue any threats to the petitioners.

Respondent no.3 shall remain bound by his statement and undertaking given to the court.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition does not survive and is dismissed as infructuous.
