% 23.01.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which has been permitted over the property bearing No. 7/9, Gali Amba Cinema, Singh Sabha Road, New Delhi. It is stated that this is against the byelaws of the Corporation. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1/North Delhi Municipal Corporation has put in appearance. Her submission is that this property7 was booked on 01.12.2016. A demolition order was passed on 14.12.2016 and partial demolition of the third floor had taken place on 23.12.2016. Her further submission is that all actions in accordance with law which have been initiated shall be completed. This statement of respondent No. 1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that the same shall be honoured in true letter and spirit and shall be taken to its ultimate goal. Necessary police assistance from respondent No.2/local SHO shall be obtained. Needless to state that all adverse orders to be passed against respondents No. 3 & 4 shall be

after notice to them.
