Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.1.2018 entered into between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement dated 15.1.2018 is signed by the parties. The settlement agreement satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 CPC. Therefore, the suit is disposed of and a decree will be drawn in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.1.2018. Parties are left to bear their own costs. 2.

Since the suit is withdrawn before commencement of leading of evidence, in terms of Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act, as applicable to Delhi, plaintiff will be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees.

Necessary certificate be issued by the Registry of this Court in favour of the plaintiff no.1.
