The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "1) Director respondent no.2 to extend the validity of area of petitioner's arms license no.SWING/6/2017/3 to whole Haryana state in place of Jhajjar district of Haryana. 2) Direct the respondents to comply with the direction dated 04.08.2017 passed in WPC-6639/2017 for petitioner and petitioner's family safety.
3) Direct the respondents to pay filing cost for filing repeated petitions for safety."

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner had been provided an arms license for the State of Delhi. He had requested that the said license be also extended to the State of Haryana. The petitioner's request was initially considered and it was recommended that
the license be extended to the Jhajjar district of Haryana. The petitioner is aggrieved to the limited extent that his request, that the arms license be extended for the entire state of Haryana, has not been considered. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner's representation in this regard is pending and would be considered. 3.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks from today.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition at this stage. The petition is disposed of.
