Learned counsel for petitioner submits that proper compliance of order of 6th August, 2018 is not made. If it is so, then petitioner has the remedy available under the law.

In view of aforesaid, no case for proceeding further in this contempt petition is made out. This petition and the pending application are accordingly disposed of.
