Dr. Vikrant Narayan Vasudeva accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made for extension of time. 5.

Record shows that the learned Arbitrator after making declaration under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 entered upon reference on 25.09.2017.

Since the statutory period of 12 months is coming to an end, the parties have approached this Court for extension of time. 7.

I am also informed that the petitioner company presently has proceedings filed against it in the NCLT, Delhi Bench. 8.

I am told in those proceedings, an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has already been appointed.

8.1 Consequently, this petition has been filed by a person authorised by the IRP.

I am further informed that matter is at the stage of completion of pleadings.

10.

Having regard to the aforesaid circumstances, as prayed, I am inclined to grant extension of time by another 9 months, commencing from 25.09.2018.
