% 02.05.2016 The petitioners filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

During the pendency of the petition, by order dated 21st December, 2015 the matter was referred to the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

After various meetings, the parties have settled their disputes.

The Settlement Agreement dated 18th March, 2016 of the learned Mediator is on the record.

The terms and conditions of the settlement are mentioned in para 6 of the said Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement is duly signed by the parties. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Till the entire payment is made, the undertaking given by the respondent on 15th October, 2015 shall continue. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
