% 26.10.2018 Against impugned order of 21st March, 2016 (Annexure P-12), petitioner has made a Representation (Annexure P-11) to respondent on 5th September, 2018. According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to the Representation (Annexure P-11). In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and applications with direction to respondent to give a speaking response to petitioner's Representation (Annexure P-11) within a period of twelve weeks and communicate its fate to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.
