% 12.10.2018 CM.APPL 42805/2018(clarification) in W.P.(C) 11516/2016 This is an application filed by the applicant/respondent no.2 National Security Guard seeking clarification of the order dated 05.02.2018. Ms. Gosain, learned counsel for the applicant/respondent no.2 submits that the applicant had deposited the amount of compensation in the sum of Rs.30 lakhs in the year 1985. She contends that the respondent no.4/LAC has now called upon the respondent no.2 to make the payment of compensation in compliance with the orders dated 05.02.2018.

Heard. The inter se dispute between the respondents was not the subject matter of the writ petition before this Court which was disposed of by the order

dated 05.02.2018. There is no clarification required. It is left open between the parties to resolve the matter.

The application stands disposed of.
