% 07.12.2016 Notice be issued to the respondents. Learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and accepts notice. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that one Aditya Sirohi is also an accused in the FIR but has not been impleaded in this petition. On the oral prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. Aditya Sirohi is impleaded as respondent no.3. Amended memo of parties be filed during course of the day. Present FIR No.561/2016 under Sections 509 IPC was registered at police station Rajouri Garden on the complaint of respondent no.2.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner and respondent no.3 vide memorandum of settlement dated 22nd August, 2016 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. She further submits that in view of the settlement, she does not wish to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind the facts that the parties have settled their disputes amicably and respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.561/2016 under Sections 509 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden, which is at the initial stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
