% 11.02.2019 The parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 21.01.2019.

The settlement agreement dated 21.01.2019 is legal and valid. The disputes regarding the suit property No.A-27, West End, New Delhi- 110021 stand settled.

The settlement agreement has been signed by the plaintiff and the defendant and the learned counsel for the parties. The learned mediator has also signed the settlement agreement.

Binding the parties to the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement, the suit is disposed of. A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
