O R D E R

The parties in this suit, for recovery of Rs.7,15,69,403/- with interest, were vide order dated 6th August, 2018 referred to the Mediation Cell of this Court.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Baliyan, Advocate/Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 18th February, 2019 purporting to be signed by the plaintiff and the Executive Engineer of the defendants and the respective counsels for the parties and the Mediator and accompanied with the authorization in favour of the signing Executive Engineer has been received from the Mediation Cell of this Court.

The counsels support the Settlement Agreement and seek decree in terms thereof.

I have perused the compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties and find the same to be lawful.

A decree is passed, in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant No.1 in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 18th February, 2019, which alongwith the Annexure thereto shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

6.

Decree sheet be prepared.

7.
