% 02.08.2017 W.P.(C) 11500/2016 Mr. Anurag Mathur, learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that the respondent no.1 / College without prejudice to its stand in these proceedings shall withdraw the show-cause notice dated 2nd November, 2016 issued under the signatures of Dr. Sashi Nijhawan, Principal of the respondent no.1 / College and issue the same under the signatures of the Chairman of the Governing Body afresh. In view of the statement made by Mr. Mathur, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the show-cause notice dated 2nd November, 2016 has become infructuous. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take all pleas as available to the petitioner both on facts and in law to the fresh show-cause notice, to be issued to the petitioner. It is expected that the reply filed by the petitioner shall be considered by the Chairman of the Governing Body in proper perspective before proceeding further in the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
