% 26.09.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 451/2012 under Sections 323/341/34 IPC at police station Bhajan Pura on the complaint of Rohtash, respondent no.2. Respondent nos.3 and 4 had sustained injuries in the incident. After investigation, offence under sections 325 and 435 IPC were also included. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 have now settled their disputes amicably before Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 26th March, 2018, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Ashish of police station

Bhajan Pura. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and have no objection in case the aforesaid FIR is quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
