This application has been filed by the claimants for release of the compensation amount.

The appeal filed by the Insurance Company was dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 07th March 2025. However, since no directions were passed by the Court relating to release of the amount to the claimants. 3.

The amount is deposited before the Registrar General of this Court. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Since the appeal has been dismissed, there is no reason why the release of the compensation amount is not being permitted by the concerned bank.
