t Petitioners have prayed for quashing of the following two cross FlRs. (a) FIR No.355/2016 under Sections 323/354/506 IPC registered at police station Farsh Bazar on the complaint of By:AMULYA

Ms. Gunjan Chauhdary.

(b)FIR No.356/2016 under Sections 323/341/506 IPG registered at police station Farzh Bazar on the complaint of Mr. Sachin.

Complainant and accused are the advocates. Complainant and accused in both the aforesaid FIRs have settled their disputes amicably. V Complainants in both the FIRs are present in Court and have been identified by their respective counsels. They submit that they have settled the matter of their o\vn free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue their respective FIRs any further in view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind that a quarrel ensued between complainant and accused on some trivial matter and that they have now settled the disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, both the above referred FIRs, which are at the investigation stage, are quashed.

Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
