The settlement amount of Rs.5,25,000/- has been handed over by way of Demand Draft No. 356684 dated 15th May 2026, drawn on State Bank of India, to Ms. Manju/respondent, who is present in Court and has received the same.

Accordingly, nothing further survives in the present matter. 4.

The award amount, which has been deposited pursuant to order dated 19th September 2018, shall be released, along with accrued interest, to appellant no.1 by the Registry of this Court. 5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of as being rendered infructuous.
