O R D E R

% 23.10.2018 The petitioner seeks parole for three months to re-establish social-ties with family members and society and to curb inner stress and to find suitable match for his daughter - whom considers to be of marriageable age. His application to the State for the same has been rejected by the Government on the ground that "the convict is a resident of bordering area and police verification reports have not been received yet. Moreover, he has availed the parole in Jan, 2018 only."

The petitioner's address has been verified by the police. A Status Report to this effect has been filed by the learned counsel for the State. His conduct in jail has been satisfactory since the inception of his incarceration. The petitioner has already undergone incarceration for about 7 years and 7 months out of total sentence of 10 years rigorous imprisonment. He was released on parole in January, 2018 and did not misuse the liberty granted. In view of the above, the petitioner is enlarged on parole for a period of two months from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the

satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned, subject to the following conditions:- (1) The petitioner shall report to the local Police Station once a week during the period of parole.

(2) He shall furnish his telephone number to the SHO of the local Police Station concerned, which the petitioner shall keep operational at all times.

(3) The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed-off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J OCTOBER 23, 2018/acm
