% 04.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and also challenges the communication dated 23rd August, 2018 by which his application seeking parole was declined by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. As per the Status Report filed, the fact that family of the petitioner is residing at C-251, J.J. Colony, Khyala, Delhi has been verified. Further, from the Nominal Roll it is evident that the petitioner has availed two furloughs in this year, one w.e.f. 28th February, 2018 and the other from 11th June, 2018.

Considering the time spent in the custody, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on W.P.(CRL) 2879/2018

his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
