O R D E R

% 14.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Saket Court, New Delhi, therefore, FIR No. 245/2017 under Sections 420/406/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Fatehpur Beri on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court with his counsel and has been identified by SI S.K. Singh of police station Fatehpur Beri. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He submits that he already received `17.50 lacs from the petitioners out of the total settlement amount, that is,

`35 lacs. Petitioners have paid balance settled amount of `17.50 lacs to the respondent no.2 today in Court by way of demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record.

Respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection in quashing of the FIR.

Keeping in mind that present FIR is an outcome of a commercial transaction between the parties which has been settled, inasmuch as, terms whereof have been complied with, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 245/2017 under Sections 420/406/506/34 IPC registered at police station Fatehpur Beri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
