% 19.07.2017 Having noticed the nature of controversy and the plans shown at pages 153 and 154, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order issuing notice on the application for injunction. We also notice that the suit is listed before the single Judge on 24th August, 2017, which is around the corner. A short date notice has been deliberately issued.

With the aforesaid observations, we dismiss the appeal without making any comments on merits.
