O R D E R

% 31.01.2018 Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the petitioners have already been offered admission in Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Delhi. The learned counsel for the petitioners however submits that the petitioners are unable to take admission in the said school for want of Transfer Certificate from respondent no.3. Mr. J. P. N. Gupta appearing for respondent no.3 submits that the Transfer Certificate of both the petitioners have already been sent to their respective addresses. He, however, submits that in case the same are not received by the petitioners within one week, they may approach respondent no.3 who will issue duplicate copies of the Transfer Certificate.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by learned counsel for respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition any further.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
