2. Although the petitioner was represented on the last date of hearing i.e. 02.05.2023,1 find that she was unrepresented on two dates of hearing before that also.

3. The Registry is directed to issue Court notice to learned counsel on record for the petitioner.

4. In the event the petitioner remains unrepresented on the next date of hearing, it may be presumed that she does not wish to prosecute the present petition further.
