% 24.09.2018 The petitioners complain of harassment by the police in FIR No. 255/2018, Police Station Dabri. It is the petitioners' case that they are the owners of property bearing Plot No. D-73, Chanakya Place, Part - 1, New Delhi situated at village Asalatpur Khadar and their complaint is not being looked into by the Investigating Officer.

In view of the above, the petition shall be treated as representation to the State, due consideration shall be given to it and the decision, as may be, shall be communicated to the petitioners in six weeks from today. Should the petitioners have any grievance, they could take recourse to legal remedies, as may be available to them.
