% 06.12.2017 The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on which granted to him on 10.02.2017 in FIR No. 625/2016 P.S. Shakarpur under section 406 IPC. The case against the petitioner is that an amount of Rs.8.00 lacs was given to him as loan on different dates. The learned counsel for the complainant states that there is recording of conversation to this effect. However, appreciation of evidence is not warranted at this stage. The learned counsel for the State submits upon instructions that the petitioner has joined the investigations. In the circumstances, the interim order dated 10.02.2017 is hereby confirmed. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. Nothing said in this order shall be deemed as an adjudication on the merits of the case.
