% 02.12.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted by respondent no.1 to be carried out by respondent no.2 in property No.34, Village Ber Sarai, New Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent/SDMC has put in appearance. His submission under instructions is that the ground floor of the property as also the columns up to first floor stand booked for an illegal and unauthorized construction on 15.11.2016. Work stop notice has also been issued on 01.12.2016.

Communication has been addressed to the SHO concerned informing him of the alleged illegal construction. Additional submission being that all further actions in accordance with law shall be taken. This statement of the respondent is taken on record. It is also hoped and

expected that all actions in accordance with law shall be completed by respondent no.1; needless to state that the actions of the respondent no.1 shall be after due notice to the respondent no.1. Petition disposed of.
