% 21.12.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0349/16 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mundka. Status report not filed. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioner has been named in the FIR. Nature of injuries sustained by the victim has been opined as 'grievous'.
(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no sufficient ground for grant of anticipatory bail. (4) The application is dismissed.
