CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 03.03.2017 The learned counsel for the parties states that the parties have settled their disputes.

They have also handed over a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2017 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC).

The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there is slight error in the said agreement inasmuch as Late Shri Om Prakash Malhotra has been shown as the brother of Late Shri Gyan Chand Malhotra whereas Late Shri Om Prakash Malhotra was the son of Late Shri Gyan Chand Malhotra. He also points out that in para 2 of the Settlement Agreement, Shri Rajender Paul Malhotra has been described as the nephew of Late Shri Om Prakash Malhotra whereas in fact Shri Rajender Paul and Late Shri Om Prakash were brothers. The learned counsel for the respondent also concurs with the above. O.M.P. (I) 33/2016

In view of the above settlement, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The petition and the pending application are disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J MARCH 03, 2017 MK O.M.P. (I) 33/2016
