% 06.01.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 08th August, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 6501/2016 whereby respondents were directed to treat petitioner's writ petition with regard to unauthorised construction on agricultural land in Shanti Kunj and Bhagwani Kunj, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, as a representation and to take appropriate action in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner

within six weeks.

Today in Court, learned counsel for respondent-SDMC has handed over a copy of the Communication dated 04th January, 2017 wherein the action taken by the respondent in pursuance to the averments in the Public Interest Litigation has been mentioned.
