% 30.03.2017 Learned counsel for the parties state that the arbitrator has made the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Act, although, the same has not been filed. They submit that they have no objection in this regard. They further state that the arbitrator is proceeding with the adjudication of the disputes and the statement of claim has also been field before the arbitrator.
