% 15.05.2019 Petitioner impugns order dated 28.03.2016 read with order dated 31.08.2016 whereby direction was issued to the petitioner to give his blood sample for DNA test to establish the paternity of respondent Nos.5 & 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently by judgment dated 27.07.2018 the proceedings have been finally disposed of and petitioner has already filed a petition being Crl.Rev.P.465/2019 titled Fateh Singh vs. Smt.Sohan Wati & Ors. impugning the final judgment. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all available pleas in the said petition.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
