The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28.08.2018, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal dismissing an Original Application filed by him praying inter alia for quashing and setting aside a Memorandum dated 17.11.2017, enclosing therewith a statement of articles of charge for imputation on misconduct and misbehaviour, which forms the basis of disciplinary proceedings initiated against him. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 3.
