% 07.02.2020 The learned counsel for the respondent submits that Rs. 76,000/- more be paid to him in settlement of all his claims. The learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the same.

Accordingly, let Rs. 76,000/- be paid to the respondent, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The amount already deposited i.e. Rs. 1,80,000/-, alongwith interest accrued thereon, shall be directly transferred into the bank account of the respondent being A/c No. 90482010014306, IFS Code: SYNB0009010, Syndicate Bank, Shahdara Branch, Delhi-110032, within two weeks from today.

The respondent is present in the Court and he agrees to the aforesaid

settlement.

Let an affidavit of undertaking be filed in this regard before the next date.
