O R D E R

% 20.02.2017 This is an application under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0841/2016, under Sections 354/354-D/323/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Nand Nagri, Delhi.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and the allegations as alleged in the FIR are false and baseless. He further submits that the petitioner is apprehending his arrest and he is ready to join the investigation and to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court. Counsel accordingly prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Status report has been filed by the State. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to

join the investigation as and when directed to do so and in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned with the condition that the petitioner shall not contact the complainant and shall not visit the house of the complainant and shall also not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court below.

The application stands disposed of.
