% 19.12.2016 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made submissions on the impugned order dated 2.8.2016. After some submissions, he restricts his prayer to the fact that certain observations which were made by the trial court regarding the alleged conduct of the petitioner may cause prejudice to the petitioner at the time of final adjudication of the matter. In my opinion, these observations are not on the merits of the case and would not affect the submissions of the petitioner on merits of the case. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. In the interest of justice the costs are reduced to Rs.15,000/-, out of which Rs.7,500/- be paid to the opposite party and Rs.7,500/- be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Authority.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
