The present petition has been listed by the Registry subject to an office objection with regard to its maintainability in the High Court. 2.
We may note that it is in view of the note of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition is not maintainable before the Armed Forces Tribunal that the petition has been listed in Court subject to the aforesaid office objection.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of her client to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal for the same relief, as has been prayed for in this petition. 4.
