On 11th October, 2023, the following order was passed by this Court: "2.

Ld. counsel for the Defendant is seeking an adjournment. It is seen that the Plaintiffs appearance has been completely erratic in this matter and nobody has been appearing for at least four to five hearings. A proxy counsel had given appearance on the last date i.e., 24th May, 2023. If there is no appearance on the next date, the suit would be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution."

Today, there is no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiff. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
